We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Maryland. The center has a warm family feel that is welcoming and secure. An MSDE approved & recommended curriculum is taught by extensively trained, professional educators to prepare students for public school and life. All staff are dedicated to providing a safe, child-centered environment that fosters progress in learning skills, language, socialization, emotional wellbeing, physical and cognitive development and character.
The TLC team are attentive experts in the education and childcare field who continually train and refresh their skills. Collaboration and teamwork are at the core of our daily planning and interactions. Director/Teacher, Ms. Laura, has 20+ years of experience in the Harford and Baltimore County communities as an educator and six years in childcare center management. Along with her team, TLC truly provides the best experience for our students.
